• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid business registration or operate as an individual seller in compliance with applicable local laws.
• Provide a valid email address and phone number for communication.
• Agree to abide by Qarakata’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, and code of conduct.

How to Join Qarakata

1. Registration:
   • Visit qarakata.com and click on the “Join as a Vendor” button.
   • Fill in the vendor registration form with the required details, including your name, business name (if applicable), email, phone number, and address.
2. Verification:
   • Upload any necessary documents such as business registration certificates or identification documents for individual sellers.
   • Qarakata’s team will review the application within 48 hours and notify you of the outcome.
3. Setup Your Store:
   • Upon approval, you will receive login credentials to access the vendor dashboard.
   • Customize your store profile by adding a business logo, product categories, and a description of your offerings.
4. Product Listing:
   • Upload your products with clear images, accurate descriptions, and competitive pricing.
   • Ensure compliance with Qarakata’s product listing guidelines.
5. Go Live:
   • Once your store is set up and approved, it will be visible to buyers on the Qarakata platform.

Vendor Responsibilities To ensure a positive experience for all users, vendors are required to:

• Deliver products as described and within the promised timeframe.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings.
• Adhere to Qarakata’s prohibited items policy.
• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and complaints.

Termination of Vendor Account Qarakata reserves the right to terminate vendor accounts for violations of its policies, including:

• Repeated customer complaints or disputes.
• Selling prohibited or counterfeit products.
• Failing to fulfill orders on time.

Vendors may also choose to deactivate their accounts by submitting a written request to Qarakata’s Seller support team at sellersupport@qarakata.com.
