Product Description

This Nature Coldframe single paraffin heater has a fuel capacity of 4.5 L and generates a heat equivalent to that of a 600 watt electric heater. Paraffin heaters present a good, economical way of generating constant radiant heat in the greenhouse. This heat is essential for getting sensitive plants such as tropical and carnivorous plants or fuchsias or pelargoniums through the winter. When the flame is lit, water vapour is released, thus helping to moisten the air in the greenhouse. The combustion also produces carbon dioxide, an essential element for plant growth.
