Qarakata (pronounced ka ra ka ta) is an online marketplace for buying and selling a wide range of products and services, designed for ease and efficiency.

To create an account, click on the “Register” button on the Qarakata homepage. Fill out the registration form with your details and follow the instructions to verify your email address.

Use the search bar at the top of the page to enter keywords related to the products you’re looking for. You can also browse through categories or use filters to narrow down your search.

Once you’ve found a product you want to purchase, click on it to view the details. Click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details

We offer various payment options like credit cards, PayPal, and more for your safety and ease.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the “Orders” section in your account.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within a specific time frame after purchase. Go to the “Orders” section of your account and select the order you wish to modify or cancel. Please note that once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

You may return products within a specified period as detailed in the seller’s return policy. Ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging. Contact the Seller to initiate a return and receive instructions on how to proceed.

After receiving your order, you can leave feedback by going to the “Orders” section of your account, selecting the relevant order, and providing your rating and comments.

Contact the Seller immediately. Provide details about the issue and your order number. They will assist you in resolving the issue, including arranging for a replacement or refund if necessary. If all fails, please escalate to Qarakata via the contact pages.

To become a seller, click on the “Become a Vendor” button on the homepage. Complete the seller registration form and provide the necessary documentation. Once approved, you can start listing your products.

Log in to your Seller Dashboard and navigate to the “Products” section. Click “Add New Product,” fill out the required information including product details, pricing, images, shipping and delivery. depending on your subscription package, you may either publish immediately or submit for review

Go to the “Inventory” section in your Seller Dashboard. Here, you can add, update, or adjust your stock levels. Ensure your inventory levels are accurate to prevent overselling or stockouts.

You can set up shipping options and rates in the “Shipping” section of your Seller Dashboard. Choose from various shipping methods and rates based on your preferences and the regions you ship to.

Manage returns and refunds through the “Orders” section in your Seller Dashboard. Review return requests and follow the instructions provided to process refunds or exchanges.

Qarakata charges a commission on each sale made through the platform. Details about the commission rates and other fees can be found in the Seller Agreement or by contacting Qarakata Seller Support.

Use the “Marketing” tools in your Seller Dashboard to create promotions, discounts, and advertisements for your products. You can also participate in Qarakata’s promotional campaigns.

If you encounter issues with buyers, use the “Dispute Resolution” feature in your Seller Dashboard to address and resolve complaints. Qarakata’s support team can assist with mediation if needed.

Go to the “Reports” section of your Seller Dashboard to view detailed sales reports, performance metrics, and other analytics to help you manage and optimize your store

Commission Module:

Qarakata charges commission on the basis of percentage. The current rate is 20% of all sales – excluding delivery costs.

Subscription Module:

Sellers who want to open their dedicated shops on Qarakata may have to buy subscription plans where applicable. We create the various packages according to – number of products, Validity (days) and Number of images per product. The packages will renew automatically once the validity is over.

Admin charges different auto renewal fee (recurring fee).

  5. Affiliate Marketing: Store owners can earn revenue by promoting products from other vendors and earning a commission on sales generated through their referral links.
  6. Shipping and Handling Fees: If store owners handle shipping and include shipping fees, they can generate additional revenue through these charges.
  7. Custom Services: Offering custom products, special orders, or additional services can create additional revenue streams.
